Worst massage I’ve ever experienced. The energy was chaotic and not relaxing at all. My therapist kept stopping and starting, leaving the room on multiple occasions. The door was left wide open even though the room was in a thoroughfare and I was undressed. They were shouting at eachother through the rooms, when she came back in a final time and I asked to end the session, she held me down and wouldn’t let me up until I repeated my request 5 times for her to take her hands off me. Would not recommend this place to anyone

I booked a 30-minute arm, hand, neck and shoulder massage. My session was interrupted four times by staff coming in and out of the room, which made it hard to relax and enjoy the massage. The therapist was polite and the massage was okay, but I think the overall experience could be improved. The place itself is average.

We initially walked away from this place, but staff followed us down the street promising a discount if we returned. Inside, we were pressured to pay quickly and discouraged from discussing options. The “discount” was misleading, as it just involved switching to a “special” oil massage rather than reducing the price. The massage was disappointing and only lasted about 28 minutes instead of the 45 minutes we paid for. There were constant interruptions, and many times the door was left wide open. The technique felt inconsistent and unprofessional. At the end, the masseuse entered the room while I was changing despite me saying no, then performed an uncomfortable “final” massage. Overall, a strange and uncomfortable experience. I won’t be returning.

Asked for a 30min legs, could only do a 40min regardless of the price list. The massage itself consisted of roughly a 5min touch over, 10min back (Not asked for), 10min legs in total and then another 5min touch over. The rest of the time the man spent entering and exiting the room or walking around the table. I could not recommend a place less. Staff was either untrained or a make-do fill in.

Great massage! Nice and clean room and sheets, great techniques and affordable prices. This is my 3rd time back. Have tried other massage places in Hyperdome but absolutely love this place overall. Would recommend 👍
